The new model adopts air-cooled 4-stroke 113cc engine with Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT) that delivers smooth start-up acceleration and good pickup along with great fuel economy. YAMAHA's Blue Core engine gives sporty rides with good fuel mileage.

113cc Blue Core Engine

RAY-Z has a powerful 113cc Air-cooled 4-stroke Blue Core engine with a BS type carburetor, a throttle position sensor (TPS) and CVT (Continuous Variable Transmission) that delivers smooth start-up acceleration and good pickup along with great fuel economy. Its power development characteristics make it even easier for riders to handle. The ride quality is especially good in the very low-speed and low rpm range to ensure ease and more confidence for beginners.

Unified Braking System

UBS has been developed for better stopping power of your 2 wheelers. UBS links both front & rear brakes with the rear brake pedal. When the rider applies the rear brake, the rear brake and a portion of the front brake are applied. For full braking performance, apply both the brake lever and the brake pedal simultaneously. UBS results in:

1. Reduced braking distance
2. Better handling during braking
3. Smoother chassis behavior during braking

USB Charger (Optional)

Inspired by the brocode that keeps you charged, the RayZ now comes with an optional under-seat USB charging port. So, wherever you are, make sure you and your bros always stay connected.

Comfortable Longer Seat with Carbon Pattern

A new seat cover material with a carbon fiber-styled pattern has been adopted. This makes the seat more comfortable for the rider. It combines with the rear wing-like grab-bars to create a sporty impression.

Carbon Pattern Meter Design

The instrument panel has been designed like a sports car cockpit. It features a carbon pattern for the background and the new display fonts have a sporty look to them.

Aluminium Rear Wing-Grab-Bar

Wing shaped tandem rider grab-bars made of aluminum at the rear have been adopted. They contribute to the sporty look of the body and the "downforce" image. There are also louver-like ribs on the inside of the bars that give an impression of strength.

Stylish Meter Visor

A new visor (smoked finish) is adopted on the front that creates a "downforce" image and adds a sporty look to the front view.
The linear angular design of the visor resembles that of a charging Bison’s head, thereby giving it an aggressive look.

Telescopic Suspension for Comfort

Ray Z has telescopic type front fork suspension, which ensures agile handling and running performance with a feeling of stability even over rough roads because of its bigger suspension stroke.
